U7-EAST zone is scheduled for a minor upgrade on 02-17-2012 at approx 1:30am PST.  We anticipate all instances hosted in geographic zone U7-EAST to be down for approx 5-10 minutes.

Please be advised that we will be performing software upgrades on SAN4 starting at 23:00 CST Friday, December 9th 2011. We expect the maintenance to be concluded within two hours, by 02:00 CST Saturday morning, December 10th 2011. During this maintenance window we will be pausing instances on storage repositories on SAN4 for up to an hour, during which time they will be unavailable.  If you have any questions regarding the maintenance, or which specific servers on your account will be affected, please feel free to open a ticket and we’ll be happy to further assist. We expect the maintenance to be concluded within two hours, by 01:00 CST Saturday morning, November 26th 2011. During this maintenance window we will be pausing instances on many arrays the reside on storage repositories on SAN4 for up to an hour, during which time they will be unavailable.
